0001169: Wechsel Vollbild-Fenster ins Optionen-Menü einbinden

Description

Bisher kann der Vollbild- oder Fenstermodus nur in der config.exe gewählt werden, was für viele User zu umständlich sein dürfte.

Ich schlage deshalb vor, dies als zusätzliches Feature in das Optionen-Menü aufzunehmen, wie es ja weithin üblich ist.
