0001090: Will Never finish research project |

Description |
When researching with lots of researchers on one project then sometimes it says I am about to make a breakthrough and I never will (It's now been at about to make a breakthrough for 3 days) It doesn't matter how many researchers I have on the project, as long as it's at least one it says I am about to make a breakthrough. Should I upload my save-game in which this has happened? |
