Aliens können Ausrüstung nutzen, obwohl der "Verfügbar nach" noch garnicht erreicht wurde.

Die große Problematik an der Sache ist, dass dann die Ausrüstung nicht erforscht werden kann, da dort das "Verfügbar nach" berücksichtigt wird.
